No matter which service(s) you choose, a Global Care Agency RN/nurse supervisor will oversee your plan of care, including supervising all staff and scheduling all services. The nurse supervisor will also work with your doctors, community support organizations, and other family members.
Our highly skilled nurses deliver a wide range of services, including:- Supervising the aides, as well as monitoring/modifying the plan of care to suit our clients needs

- Social Workers
Global Care Agency Social Workers assist its patients and their families with health-related problems and concerns. Our Social Worker performs a comprehensive assessment of a patient's social, emotional, environmental, financial and support needs, and informs other members of the health care team about these factors which may affect the patient's health and well-being. They also work with the patient's family or support systems as well as other service provider agencies to develop a plan for the care of the patient in his or her home or other living arrangement. In some settings, they work closely with public and private health insurers to determine the patient's benefits and advocate for the patient.
Our Social Workers are also experienced to lead support group discussions, provide individual counseling, help patients determine appropriate health care and other health services, and provide support to patients with serious or chronic illnesses. Our CNAs/Home Health Aides are assigned for at least four hours a day, with no minimum of days, and are available to fit into your schedule. Their service can be short- or long-term, periodic or continuous (round-the-clock). They assist with activities of daily living, such as:- Personal hygiene, bathing, grooming & dressing
- Reminders to take medications
- Recording of vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure
- Transfers and ambulation
- Meal preparation and feeding
